Hi,
The stuff stuck to the underside of the bonnet of my cab was falling to pieces so I've removed the lot. What, without going to BMW and having to sell a kidney to pay the price, is a good alternative?
Thanks,
JJ

Have you priced this from the Dealers?

I may be wrong but from memory it's not a lot
As I get older I realize that you can't please everyone - pissing everybody off is however a piece of cake

All cut to shape in 3 sections with adhesive backing. Hardest and dirtiest bit is getting the old stuff off. You need to get it removed completely. I'm sure someone will be along to tells you what happens if you don't.

Use brake cleaner to remove it. You'll need to take the bonnet off and it's a shitty job that makes a real mess but it's not difficult.

I stuck mine on over the residue of the old stuff. Still there 4 years on!
