and nice, look particularly good in tech II sport. there was a chap who had one about 4 years ago on here for sale and it was dropped 40mm and had some dished BBS with black centres. i am prone to OEM, but it did look really nice

Yup sure is 8)

It was a special order option only in the final few months of production and yes it was introduced for other models.

I am biased but it is a lovely colour...

Colour! Resprayed parts never match the look of 20 year old panels in my experience.....perhaps the bodyshop I've used are rubbish, they were very cheap....

Yes it is a b*stard colour to match aparently, as with all metallics I'd imagine, direction of light blah blah...

Nope! I'd hate to see one broken for profit, yes stockpiling the parts would be great, but not many of them around so would be a shame :(

Nothing special about granite silver, it's just another insipid dreary grey hue . It is rare because it did not come out till 90/91.

It is special and it is a lovely shade of insipid dreary grey :)

Yes ok it isn't one of those odd 70's colours like Ital yellow or Marina green or Supermirafiori orange etc. that look great today as a welcome blast from the past to distract from the plethora of fleet white A6's & 5 series, but it is still a nice dull grey hue so there... :)
