hi all, i havent been on the forum for a while been bust. i have bought a genuine alpina chip for the 320ise m20, i have not bought this for performance as my car does not get a hard time. shes done 102,000 and dosent miss a beat. i have bought it for the torque and to smooth out some flat spots. now does anyone know how to fit these and where is my ecu located? i was told it was in the glove box, another person told me it was near the headlight light adjuster(yes mine does work!) any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated! thanks people!

The ecu is located behind the under dash cowling (where your knees are when sitting in the drivers seat) top right hand corner, don't use metal tools when changing the chip try to use nylon ones.

Alpina never made a chip for a 320 so don't expect any miracles,at best it will use more petrol, at worst it will run like a dog.

And i hope you did'nt get ripped off as well, because you could have got a Zone chip for Ԛ£55 that would have acheived some of your expectations !!! :o

the chip is in.. and wow what a difference. no delay from when i put my foot down. it revs a little higher on tick over, it pulls harder, lovely and smooth. its like driveing a new car!
