Taken clocks out ?

I'm trying to remove the panel that round the clocks is there an wrong and right way ? I can't seem to find any screws or anything to get it out its snapped so the top bit has come away witch iv unscrewed the clocks but still won't get the bottom bit out and how I fit the new one il never now
