Been offered a 325i sport mtech 1 with elec sunroof, manual, done 190k with full history n all previous m.o.t certificates,

Now a quick glance around the car looks half decent but no showroom car, few minor issues I noticed rear light slight crack, few marks around body, missing a plastic trim, centre missing on two alloys,

What would this be worth.. My valuations are harsh according to owner..

I really like the car but don't want to pay to much n thn have a resto project on my hands,
