Would anyone have the brochure where recaros where shown as an optional extra, specially houndstooth recaros.

Already had a nosey in the wiki and didn't see highbacks or SRD's which makes me think there is an illusive Recaro brochure out there
Also need to see what colour the bolster cloth was originally, as I think it was black and the grey everyone is used to is the result of fading.

you won't find srds in a bmw brochure as they weren't an option. just standard fit on the m3 sport evo.
cheers,

ah! Well I just need to see a picture because I'm retrimming a set of recaros and I'm working on the assumption the bolster cloth is black rather than grey. When you turn the bolster cover inside out its black in the seams.
So basically, double checking before the trimmer starts putting covers together.

It's anthracite not black mate, still a hell of a lot darker than they all are now though.

Yea your right Kedge it is Anthracite which is closer to black than grey. Not that I'm splitting hairs
I have a black recaro cloth that matches the thread structure but not a colour match.
I've exhausted every possible avenue to source oem or reproduction bolster cloth and just got samples from west trading, which where sh*t.
So starting to get cold feet about retrim.

Passing on your woes to me! lol
I might just roll with the black recaro bolsters, it's the closest I can get, short of becoming the 13th Time Lord & buying a roll from BMW.

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

No problem! I really would need the cloth to be in running meters anyway, especially for the back bolsters.
