Hi folks, I've just bought a T-reg 328i sport that I'm taking the engine out to put in my e34. I'm selling on what I can to make a bit of cash back but what should I be keeping aside that would be useable on my E30 in the future. My M20 seems strong enough for now but should anything happen to it I would want to stick an m50 or perhaps an M52 in there.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Electric window switches, should you wish to update your E30's.

E36 Engine mounting arms are used to fit 24v motors to E30's
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

take the cats to a large weigh bridge type scrapyard who will buy cat converters and you'll get over £100 if oem parts.

Noted, thanks all. Forgot about the cat, that's 25% of the car recouped straight away. I've also got two e34 cats to dispose of.

You'll be aware of the value of the 24v sumps from E34's? If not, I'll give you a tenner each :)

Nice try but I have already sold one of them and I believe I need to stick the other on the M52 lump before I fit to the E34
