I got some free time tomorrow so will check everything and take it from there. I'm thinking air leak so got some hunting to do. If no luck, then it's had it

Vacuum pipe looks fine, traced it all the way back and no leaks in that. Everything else looks okay, so i'm stumped. Have ordered a new ICV so hoping that will solve the problem

Get a multy meter should have 12v on the on the middle wire to ground. Does it look like its using the stock wireing for the icv.

Could always do a continuity test on the other 2 wires for the icv and see if the they lead back to the box on the bulk head.

ICV is not connected to the box on the bulkhead, it connects to the TPS under the manifold.
Pretty certain it's an air leak as I've tried another ICV and still the same problem.
Any ideas on where to look first? Yellow vacuum line is ok, have checked that. AFM boot is new, airbox?

Get a can of brake cleaner and have a spray around with engine running near all gaskets and pipes when the cleaner gets sucked in to the leak the engine note will change.

Have ordered another TB as I think that's faulty, can't find a air leak anywhere, checked all pipes/rubbers and they are fine

Daft suggestion I know but have you checked the TPS is not too far one way on the adjuster securing screws, as it could be holding the butterfly valve very slightly open?
