Is anyone on here running 17s?
Iv come across a set of wheels with the following spec;
7.5x17
8.5x17
Both are et25
Iv been told by someone running 7x17's that they haven't touched their arches and have no problems. Just think 8.5's would be a different story. Can anyone enlighten me on how much arch would it would require? S**t loads is my guess

I used to run 9x17's on the back of my car, it needed a very minor arch roll to clear 235/40/17 tyres. 8j on the front with 215/40/17 fitted fine.

As long as you haven't got a ghetto drop (60mm plus), they should fit ok.

I didnt end up getting my hands on them in the end, think the seller had second thoughts. Penton are you still at BBB? I went to the old workshop a couple weeks back, saw that it was up to let. Then found Rich on facebook and saw his got a new workshop. Is it still near Capel? Need to get my old chariot back on the road! Summers nearly over...

Had a hunt for the new place sunday, ended up asking a local where I needed to go! The new unit looks so good, much bigger than the old place. I'm off on holiday in the next few days but I'll pop down once I'm back.
