M52b28 into 320 touring

Hi guys
New to bmw's and plan on putting a 2.8 engine from an 1996 e36 I have into my 1990 320 touring.

I understand you have to change the sump and oil pick up to an e34 one but after that I'm not sure what I need, tried using the search but has confused me even more. What parts do I need to get the engine into the car?
