Restoring a sport at the moment and i'm stuck on wing mirrors. Is there any way the wing mirror will split down into parts? I notice on the case inside it looks like there is a set of rivets. Can these be removed to open up the wing mirror. Any advice on striping the wing mirror is much appreciated.
