Found a part I have never noticed in the rear of my cab today.
Part No is 61311368326 and has the descriptiont on it.
Pasted the number in to Realoem but nothing found.
Had a look at the Body Controls and Moduls and though
the top number is very similar, nothing corresponds with my part.

No biggie, just curious, car is an 86 325i convertible , if that helps.
What does this do?

Search it in Google, comes up as "bulb testing unit", so the top result on RealOEM is right - most likely just older/newer versions, hence part number difference.

That sounds about right,zd.
Forgot to put the Lampenkontrollgerat description on here.
Part of the check control, I'm guessing.

That's the bulb check module for the rear obligatory lights, and is found on all six pot cars.
