Does anyone know if the boot is meant to lock with the central locking?

Mine doesnt but im not sure if thats how its meant to be or if its down to the alarm.

The boot is supposed to lock, yes!
1 & 2 bed flats in Bournemouth areas, with parking

Oh well, thats another job to the list!

I might leave it till I get a new alarm and then blame it on the alarm installer winkeye
