Sump removal.

Hi, after some hefty kerbing at Oulton with the clearance at a minimum Ive managed to slightly damage the bottom of the sump enough to get a very small drip of oil. I have a spare ready and intend to fit it this weekend, am I able to remove the sump with the engine still in the car and without removing the rack and crossmember? Any special method help appreciated. Cheers

Remove bolts for sump loosten the top nut of the engine rubber mounts lift up engine undo oil pump let it drop in to the sump and wiggle the mare out, its a pita but is possible. Drain the oil first though.
