K PLATE E30 CONVERTIBLE NEEDs NEW HOOD

Hey there! I live in Nottingham and have a '92 beautiful E30 convertible but the roof is not in great condition! Got a quote from someone wanting £700 to put a new hood on! My dad is in the trade and so thought this was a bit much!
Anyone now of anyone round Notts thats can supply and fit hoods? PS its and electric roof too if that makes a difference

Previous owner of mine paid about a grand for a new manual roof a few of years back!!!

Might be for sale soon, depending how long you can wait and if it will work on a leccy roof!!!

That's quite a good quote for a replacement roof,ask if the price includes the tension straps,as these do fail and can only be changed by removing the roof from it's frame.

plently of folk on ebay offer new hoods fitted for around the £500 mark give or take

Electric hoods are different to manual one's so make sure it's electric.

TBF that's not a bad price for a new hood
