Can you get/make 16" banded steels for an e30? All I have seen is 15"

Isn't there a Renault Laguna which has 4stu 16in steelies which fit?

I'm sure there are some off something that fit and can then be banded.

Although you'll probably need a spiggot too as Renault wheels usually have a large centre.
