are 328i struts and front brakes bigger than other models like say a 318i as they are on e30's ?

Brakes are different. Vented discs on 328s and obviously different calipers to match.

what ratio diff will it have ? 328i auto 1997 with twin lug back plate ....

reading about it only brings up an American argument on bimmerforums about it being 2.93 or 3.07 .... it's an auto 328i

ETK says a 3.07 for a 328i auto in Europe. USA seemed to get a 3.91 on the autos.
