Does anyone know how much ATF (dex2) it takes to fill the power steering system. Also can this be used in a manual gearbox instead of mtx?

A litre bottle is more than enough for the power steering.
As for the gearbox, no. Use a decent 75W80 oil

Tbf, most PSF fluid is Dex compliant, and I'm sure I've heard a few people say you can put ATF (which'll be Dex compliant) into E30 boxes.

yer you can but I just filled my box with 75w80 and I swear it has a nice better gear change. It never clunks now when going into second and changes perfect even when cold. A zone legend recommended it to me and i'd recommend it also now.
