Convertible Suspension

Hi folks, wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I want to re fresh the springs and dampers on my convertible which is a 91 Neon deisng edtiion.

Do i use normal 318i cabby springs or does the neon have the larger 51mm struts?

I seem to remember reading that park of the neon design package was better suspension similer to the 318is which IIRC used the same set up as a 325

ALL cabs have the iS/325/touring spec. suspension. Design edition is no different from any other cab.
It's only a very small part of the E30 range - small engined saloons, excluding iS, that have smaller struts/lack of rear ARB/ drum brakes.

As above, you'll just need 4 pot springs and convertible/touring specific ones.

Thanks guys, so as long as i buy convertible spec equipment i'll be all good. makes things a bit easier
