lighter not working no sat nav

hi ya guys my lighter plug in not working as i was looking on driving the e30 to london but sat nav wouldnt power up once i pluged it in. SO i got lost lol any ideas

Got leccy windows? Do they work with the doors open and ignition off?
If not, check fuse 28.

buy a map come on lool had a look at fuse 28 seems ok replaced it anyways still no luck any ideas?

has the pin in your sat nav charger fallen out? its surprising how many geniuses come into work getting arsey that their sat nav is broken, yet the pin on the tip has fallen out!

What fuse did you put in there? Should be 30A.

sat nav fine mate as it powers up in my other 30 yes mate ive fitted a new 30a still no luck

Check the connection to the fag lighter, ashtray out and you should be able to see.
