I have a rear subframe bushing removal tool that I can loan if anyone wants to make that job much easier to do. It's the SIR Tools 3026 kit, can do E23, E24, E28, E30, E32, E34, E36 compact. It allows everything to be done without removing the rear beam and without having to cut out the old bushes with a torch. Much easier, last set I did took about 1 1/2 hours. Price would be £30/week from when it's delivered to when it's been sent back. I would require £260 deposit via paypal up front. Once the tool has been returned clean and undamaged, I would refund the deposit -rental fee & postage. Return postage would be paid by you, and must be sent recorded with insurance. First come first serve basis.

The deposit is hefty, BUT if this makes swapping them without dropping the beam its all worthwhile. Do you have instructions on how to use the tool? Seriously interested as this is on the winter to do list.

The deposit is to cover replacement costs if someone decided to not return the tool. I understand it may be expensive, but I'm not willing to lose out on it. Instructions are available, they can be emailed to you to get an idea what you're in for.

Ideal, ill keep this in mind for when the time comes. Can understand the deposit for the price of the tool.

I going to contact SIR Tools this week and see if I am able to buy individual replacement parts. If so, I will see what it would cost to replace the E30 items. I would then be able to send just those and make the deposit cheaper.

I talked with them a few weeks ago and it's a no go on being able to replace the pieces individually, so the deposit will have to stay as posted.
