Just a few quick questions.

What camshaft is recommended? The wiki says " You will need something in the region of a 270-276 degree camshaft"

Do you run the risk of overheating? "The standard 325i radiator will be fine as long as it’s in perfect (i.e as new) condition." That statement doesn't fill me with confidence. 8O

Use an aircon spec or "tropical" spec radiator and go for about a 272 or 275 cam, the shrick one is a good bet for 210hp

I have run my 2.7 on the radiator that came with my second E30 for about 7 years now, with no overheating issues at all.Cannot see an extra 100cc or so making that much difference.
But radiators are not expensive at around the £80/£100 mark...
Possibly more important to fit a new water pump,on both of my engine conversions I failed to take heed of this advice and needed to replace the thing very soon after commisioning the car!

Or if you are still worried, buy a mishimoto e36 m3 rad and fit that! No mods needed, about twice the size, 210quid

I plan on going down the high compression route, e34 injectors etc, so ideally would like to be touching 220hp. Would you still recommend shrick?

Just checked prices on their website

Water pump is on the list to do, should have done it when I changed the viscous fan coupling. Hindsight!
