The inner side of the wheel is all dirty of grease and the boot is not cracked. It seems to leak on the CV joint. What do you think? This means a new drive shaft is needed?

And it's not the boot... See it by yourselves:

If it's not CV joint grease, then it's wheel bearing grease.
