There's a little black wind deflector on the sunroof that springs up when you open it and should collapse back down when you close it again.
But it seems mine doesn't collapse down enoughy and I have to manually push it down so I can shut the roof all the way.

I had removed it all to fix it last year and couldn't sort it but as it's sunroof weather a bit more then November was I'd like to sort it if anyone can help?

Chees :)

To be honest mate it sounds like something is bent as it don't go down fully might just be a bolt that needs bending down or anything mate

Try lookin at where the deflector pivots to the sides of the sunroof runner area....
