i'm getting a bit fed up now and concerned about what is going on with my car! i understand that people are busy, but you are posting regularly on the zone so should have ta least replied to my pms. you have always serviced my car reliably and i have always been happy with your service but currently i have no idea what is going on......i have been patient and given some gentle reminders. you really need to get back to me and we need to talk in person. i'm not slagging you off but i am seriously worried about my car.
