M42 Electrical printouts needed

Hello I'm doing an m42 swap in to my e30 which currently has the m40b18 in. The loom which came with my m42 engine had the c101 and diagnostics plug chopped off so I've got these off old looms I have...

The problem I have is the wires are different colours and I can't seem to find a decent pin out for what I need.

Does anyone have anything good?

What did the M42 come out of?

Sorry it's a genuine e30 318is one no ews or knock sensors etc etc..

If it came from an E30, most of the colours should be the same.
What colours do you have?

I will take pictures of what I have tomorrow with more detail on what I'm confused about/to clarify things, I just don't want to blow something up!

Cheers ill have a look at that tomorrow, I've been making the exhaust all evening as I used a m44 manifold
