Trying to remove the driveshafts, and of the allen bolts bolted to the diff is seized solid. It's rounded out the hole, so my allen set can't get any purchase.
I tried hammering in a torx bit, but T50 is too small and T55 is way too big so there's no chance there.
I could go brutal and cut the head off, but then I've got no way of locking the diff up to undo the remnants of the bolt - it'll just spin when I put the molegrips on it, right?
So what are my options?

Sounds like welding a nut onto it would be your only option.

If you've got a really good pair of mole grips you can get them off. Took a couple off in the past like that.

Weld a nut on. The heat shock works every time.
Did one (not a diff. bolt - one in an alloy hub) about two hours ago.
