JOM coilover kit

hi all, new to net. just want to ask, how is JOM coilover kit. stiff or soft. going to fix one to my e30 325i saloon. how low can i go it, if i put a set of 16 x 9 on rear n 16 x 8 front? thks, if some body can help me out.

Dont waste your money get a decent sprink shock kit. I had the JOM on my arsra van they failed mot after 5 months and banged about... made it handle shite after about 3 months of motorway driving
