but i think this is the last wiring thing- what is this plug for ? its loose behind the heater facia/stereo area, cant see any connector for it , so presuming its not needed ? or is it ? , thank you !

thinking about it, it might be for the clock thats no longer there ?

That's the plug for the standard type clock....

Bet you are trying to fit an OBC unit to it!

ive actualy fitted and wired in the dash, all the loom, a complete obc kit- all by myself, abeit a lot of fiddling about, but ive got there, and after doing it- the obc light bar bulbs are gone

Analogue clock as Malc said. Just pin it back out the way if your not installing the clock.

will do, as i posted above it came to me it was the clock, only had 2 hr sleep after a night shift and was at the lock up working on it all day tired but knew rain was comming this arvo so had to get it done, only when id thought about it it after getting home it came to me what it was
