I'll wait to pass judgement when I see the complete ensemble

Rav is a man of principal. A refurb on your bruvlines will cost more than a set of decent wheels.
Honestly, I can rbelieve that after all this time they're the best you can do. They're not phat, they're not oem+ they're just hideous chav bling for bruvs.
There has never been an e30 that looks good on toplines, and I doubt that's going to change.

Each to their own as they say
If everyone liked and bought the same stuff, what a boring world it would be
These will do for now until i've saved up some pennies for some RS's

Shocking choice of wheels. Ultimately wheels make or break a project and with toplines this is well and truly broken.
A nice set of style 5s would look stunning and they cost about the same as your toplines.

I have to agree with all the guys that do not like your choice of wheels, Imy. I can appreciate the claim for individuality, but you have to listen to reason and good taste sometimes

How many people have to tell you the wheels are not a good idea before you listen?
How can those be the / only thing best you can come up with...?

I want BBS RS 17" on it but at the moment, they are too much
Wouldn't mind Genuine Alpina's either but in staggered fitment but they seem very scarce.
There is still some time before any proper wheels go on the project
I'd really like these:

I've thought about getting an Alpina stripe kit in gold, what you think?

Dont put those wheels on Imy, please!
If you want the look above with the multispokes, why not go for 17" dished style 32's 8 & 9j staggered?
Like these.

Obviously not that set as there a bit overpriced imo, for £500 id want them sparkling.

felt so proud, even tried it with a E30 325i and got put in my place..
hi imy, i think the RH is a top wheel but most definitely more suited to the mtec2's, i don't think they will do the arches any justice...i'd put some steelis on until i get a set off pinas or bbs's. Take the advice of your fellow brethren....i went style 5's on my conversion, RC035/038 17X8/9 on a 5 stud conversion (e36m3/ti)

There's a set of Alpina's on eBay but reckon they will hit big bucks
I might just leave the 16" BBS I got for the time being and see what comes up for sale

Rare goodness!
The good thing about the lights is they make the toplines look stylish by comparison. If you made yours looke like the black M3 you posted but in white it would look awsome but even them lights on he black one wouldnt work. The thing most people fall in love with, with the e30, is the front end.

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity
