Tubular exhaust manifold

Anyone got a btb or other make of tubular exhaust manifold? Got a tape measure? What's the diameter and length of the header pipes and the "y" sections? How much difference to power did you notice after fitting a tubular exhaust manifold?

BTB3 has 1 5/8" OD primaries 650mm long and 1 7/8"OD secondaries 580mm from end of primary to the X-pipe
E30 325is with M20B31

Thanks. I'd love one of those manifolds but I just don't have the cash. Thought I might see if I can knock one together in my shed. I mean, how hard can it be....
