How do you remove a Tech 2 steering wheel?
Removed BMW badge from centre expecting to see access to nut to remove but apparently not.
Cheers as usual for advice.

undo the nut until its almost off, put the key in the ignition and remove to take off the steering lock, and pull!
once its loose on the column, you can finish removing the nut

OK...old wheel off, new wheel on...only problem is horn now not working.
The old tech 2 had two wires brown (presumably earth) and black. New steering boss only has one wire (black) so have connected this to + terminal (i.e same as tech 2 connection) and nothing. Have tried the other terminal too.
I did initally tighten new steering wheel/boss which made the horn go off constantly so slackened off slightly which made it stop, if that has any bearing on anything.
Cheers
