how do i find out which rotrex charger i have got?

Hi people's. A few years ago I bought a rotrex charger from shepsevo on here (does he still use the site?). I am now trying to figure out what charger it is and I can't remember at all. Is there any way I can find out? There is a number on the charger bit after googling it I get nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

whats the number on the charger?
