Some idiot has created a viper's nest in my car. I want it to be clean but how do I fix it the easiest way?
Can I just copy everything from the right headlight?

What is that black box between the beams in the last picture?
Headlight wiring is shit

You appear to have a post facelift light on the RH side, and a pre facelift one on the left, bodged into post facelift wiring.
Black box is a headlamp wiper motor, and the white conical thing connected to a tube below it is the headlamp washer non return valve.
All gives credence to my #1 rule: "Never buy a car that has been owned by an idiot".

Yeah this car hasn't been treated with love by the previous owners.Brianmoooore wrote:You appear to have a post facelift light on the RH side, and a pre facelift one on the left, bodged into post facelift wiring.

I wont go in on this topic but there's a pretty good reason why I bought this car.
I believe the left side of the car has been smashed and therefore the light has been changed.
So the light with the ugly smiley is an updated version of the light? What's the difference between that one and the old one?
