Gonna be swapping my 318i rear drums for some 318iS rear disks in the next few days. Will I need to change the brake lines that feed into the rear hubs? Or can I use the existing 318i brake lines?
Cheers!

Yeah have got the 318iS swing arms but have taken the brake lines/flexi hose they had in them out as they were just cut from the 318iS.
So can I use the ones that will be on my 318i???

The flexible hoses that run from the car body to the top of the trailing arms will be the same but the metal pipes are different and the discs have an extra flexible at the caliper end too.
