Have you fitted a new master cylinder? If so, is there any chance you've got it upside down? The bleed nipple should be at the top, so if it's at the bottom you'll just drain the liquid out without removing the air.

Never seen a master with a nipple!
It's best to replace both master and slave at the same time, slave mounts with the nipple uppermost.
If you are still getting air in,then you must have a leak somewhere.I recently traced such an issue to a join in the pipe,I'd used a short length of kunifer out of the master as the original kinked when I took it off the cylinder
,then I struggled to flare the cut steel pipe properly!

To get back to the OPs question, what makes you thing it needs bleeding rather than simply has a fault?

i have put all new on lines plus a new flex line and put brake line lower, then top up ,to stop air lock, it feels like peddle stays half way but pump a few times, it lifts and all is ok for a few minuits i have had it all to bits twice, also master seems to be under presure ,i mean a lot when you open to bleed ,all is free moving in cylinders and rubbers are good not letting by,

What happens if you get the clutch working, then hold the car in gear, engine running, with the clutch down? Does the bite point gradually get higher, then the clutch start to drive?

Nipple is on the slave(gearbox end!)and should be on the top, where it is difficult to access.
If the master is mounted upside down,it would be very, very difficult to fit the fill pipe from the fluid holder thingy.
