Will this steering wheel fit an E30?

I've seen this up for sale on ebay; and the ad states its suitable for an E30/E36.

I haven't seen one of these before and was wandering if someone could tell if it really would fit an E30 or not?

It can't fit both E30 and E36 as stated in the advert.

That will NOT fit any E30. It is an early E36 airbag wheel.

So it definitely won't fit an E30 then. I wonder why he's listed it as E30 compatible then? :?

defo wont' fit. see the pic of the back of it to prove your point.....

E30s have a distinct fitting on the back which is very different to an e36.

its a full round diameter with teeth all round it. like this one:

I got stung for return postage on an "E30" Mtec2 wheel which turned out to be an E36. Arse.
