A very vague what's it worth thread

Right, for a start i don't have any pics at the moment but a while back i bought a mat black Cromie drifter with a nissan turbo conv. I bought it for the engine and was going to banger the shell but now i've looked at it properly i've come to the following conclusion: Roof excellent, inside sunroof and all around. Scuttle A1, Rear arches have rust but only on forward section from black side trim down to sill, rest ie top half of the arches is great and inner all good again except bit that joins the rusty lower front sect as mentioned above. Bonnet good, boot good, even rear panel is good. One front wing has dent the other is fine and both doors are good . The so called jacking point that is really a body moving block is crushed on one side and OK on the other.
It's been sprayed Mat black but is i think Cosmos blue underneath and the original paint has not been rubbed down so the black does come off. All in all it's a pretty solid Cromie 2 door shell that thanks to a muppet looks awful. Is there any market for such a thing and if so any idea what i should ask for it as a rolling shell ie minus interior / engine& box / pedal box?

Sorry,it sounds scrap . Molested, no engine and needing a 2k + body job at the very least makes it economically unviable.

Obviously, post up an ad in the classifieds and see what happens BUT expect lots of talk and not too many dollarz

Stick it on ebay as an auction you might get a pleasant suprise.
You'd get more if you shot blasted it!

Must admit, i thought as much! - It's one of those where if i had a barn as opposed to a double garage i'd just leave it in there till i crash mine. The problem with e baying it is the A55oles who bid then say " Sorry didn''t realise i couldn't drive it home "

yeah sounds like a scrapper to me, but like said try ebay1st
