Hard to get into 2nd or 4th gear

changing gear on my 84 323i it has become progressively stiffer and stiffer, when moving from 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 4th. there is no cruntching or slipping, it just seems stiff. It will go in with a good shove. Any Idea what this might be? I thought maybe clutch on the way out? Or dodgy bushes?

Have you checked the clutch fluid?

I did check the clutch fluid. It looses about 10ml a month, but it has been doing this for the past 4 years
