hi all got a m52 in my e30 but my car has no speed sensor wiring! will it have to be remapped or is there another option?thanks jim

All you need is a diff sensor and a set of E30 clocks, dont you have this?

yes got both but no wire in plug on the e30 harness cant remember the pin number

pin 9 e30 to pin 20 e36. i did the same thing, all the wiring had been cut back and looking nice and didnt want to start looking for the pin20 wire so i just took it from pin 9 to pin 15 on the ECU.

Finally got round to looking at my wiring pin 9 to pin 20 was done it is pin 14 i am missing on e36 side! Can i run a wire straight to the ecu from pin 14 e30 plug and if so anybody know pin number on ecu that needs conecting? Thanks jim

connected pin 14 on e30 side to pin 9 on e36 side full revs and a happy me
