Hey all i bought this http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... c&t=236714

As you can see on photo 1 the sunroof is sat up and not 100% sealed. The motor has failed (although i can still hear it) so need to somehow manually get it to sit flush and seal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Remove the motor inspection panel and you will see the hexagonal drive nut for the sunroof. The centre shaft for this has a female recess for a 'L' shaped allen key, which should be in your toolkit.
Slacken off the large nut a couple of turns, and then work the roof manually with the allen key.Open the roof up, lubricate it properly, and when it's all working freely, tighten up the drive nut, and it should work on the motor.
If the roof still doesn't sit right, then unclip and slide back the fabric liner. The roof panel is held in place by four torx screws in oversize holes, allowing the panel to be adjusted to perfection.
