a zone chip for Ԛ£55 and then stick on a 325 inlet manifold and throttle body, will get you a sensible increase for just over Ԛ£100 fella.

I have a 325 inlet and throttle body you can have for Ԛ£50 plus postage. The inlet is a big & heavy item to post.

I don't think you need the inlet manifold just the throttle body as the ports on the 2.5 manifold will be bigger than ports on the head and there will be no gains made there .There is an article in the technical section on whats required

You could go the whole hog and install the 325i inlet manifold / injectors / AFM, etc but you would have to increase the size of the inlet ports in the head to match the bigger inlet ports, otherwise, as Keith said, you'd not really gain anything due to the large step in the port sizes.

Short route would be to just install the 325i Throttle Body and enlarge the existing 320i inlet manifold entrance port.

Zone chip is an easy install.

Air filter would help a tiny bit if you created a 'cold zone' for it...

tbh its not worth goin any further than 2.5 tb and inlet with a chip on these..

with the 325i inlet best bet is to match the ports to the inlet if your gonna fit it.. other than that stick with 320i inlet and 2.5 tb
