Having a small issue with the touring...

Throttle body is sticking slightly every time I take my foot off the accelerator pedal, I tried to wd40 everything up, including spraying some down the throttle line as much as I could but I've located it down to the actual butterfly inside sticking and getting stiff each time. What would cause this and what would remedy it?

Very annoying, each time I pull off I have to push the pedal to get it to unstick

(Ive got the throttle body off too)

Thanks Will :) I'll get that set up in the morning. Assuming i'll need to reset the TPS position too as that will change slightly

All sorted now :thumb:

The stop screw didnt want to budge though  The inside rounded off straight the way, grips wouldnt turn it and it crumbled to pieces. Ended up grinding a small nut down a little and screwing it to the end that alters it, now sits perfect :D Dismantles the TPS and cleaned it out too and now its working a treat!

Gear lever to sort next and it should drive like a new/slightly better car
