E30 turbo hunting / oil in catch tank ??

Hi since I've had my turbo e30 it's always hunted slightly , I've changed plugs on it updated the fuel pump hasn't made any diffence running on mega squirt could it be a air leak or the way it's set up ? I noticed that my catch tank was full of oily liquid that I emptyed could this have anything to do with it ? Worried engine might be fooked ??

if its megasquirt prob a tuning thing depends if ur using idle control or not as well and how well that is tuned
