Is it normal for the front suspension to sit about 20-30mm higher than the rear?

Are you measuring from the arch or the sill?

Outer lip of the arch down to the top of the tyre

Yes.
The rear arches are lower then the fronts, thus the illusion. :mad:

Thats good. Wasnt sure weather it was normal or I had ruined rear suspension.
