I need the u shaped clips, bavarian auto doesnt have them, they act like no one makes them. Bmw dealer is not familiar with them. They came in the mud flap kit from bavarian auto. I explained that the picture on their website is not what is on my car. I need the U-shaped clips to hold the rear mud flap to the plastic lining of the wheel well. Please help. Thanks

Fiat Stilo mud flaps use U shaped clips with allen key bolts going through them. These are a current part and may be able to do the job.

theo325, Thank you!! To see a pic, the best way is go to www.bavauto.com. Search for parts for an 87 325is, type mud flaps into the search and you will see u clips for the FRONT. I need them for the Rear, not the clip that bavauto shows. I need a U-clip, just like the front, only they are about 33% longer. Thanks

they are not on their site. If you look at bavauto they have the u-clips, but for the front only. The rear clips they have are not u-clips, but some sort of clamp. I need rear u-clips. Front ones will not work on the rear, they are too short. THanks

e30mark and BobS, I looked up that part number and that is for a clamp type of clip with a screw. Mine are simply u-clips in the rear. Is there another way to clamp these? Can you describe how these clips work, mine clamp on the same way as the fronts, with the u-clip. Please help. Thanks

Thanks!! How do they actually connect? Does it just catch the inside of the fender well and just clamp? I would assume the side with the teeth just sets into the rubber part of the flap and the other side goes into the fender well. The bolt does not attach to the car, correct? No drilling, correct? Thanks again for taking the time for a pic.

Your assumptions are correct, the teeth dig into the mud flap, the other side clamps on the edge of the arch (fender). No drilling required.clydesdale wrote:Thanks!! How do they actually connect?
