Refitting electric sunroof

I'm currently refitting my sunroof having removed the panels and replacing some parts which wer ebroken by the previous owner.
One or two questions : when i'm going from the tilt position , it doesnt retract in synch , the left side seems to go down before the right..after which the roof slides backwards without any hitches. Is this normal?
Next question : the rear of the roof seems to sit a bit lower than the front , is there a way to adjust this ?
And thirdly , the headliner for the sunroof panel is missing two arms , i managed to get a frame but the two connecting arms are broken. . am i right in thinking those connecting arms are part number 9 in the following diagram ? :

Think i am sorted with the third bit thanks to a zoner ( sweep ) via ebay.
But still want to know about the other question, can anyone help?
