M50 conversion

Hi got a e36 325i in to break as engine gone on my convertible tempted in doing the conversion,but not sure in what parts are required.

Both cars are auto so for a start I'm going to convert to manual,what parts am I looking to have to get and if anybody has the bits to do the m50 and manual conversions
