Unusual noise

Hey Guys, everytime I do a extended journey eg about 40 min I get a unusual metal knocking\rattle sound at idle.. Now when I dip the clutch the noise goes.... I know I have to replace my clutch master cylinder as its leaking.... But do u think this could be a clutch fault or even worse a flu wheel fault?

Sounds like the very normal E30 gearbox idler rattle. Gearbox oil change might help a little.
