Hi I have a electric convertible roof there's no motors on the boot any more and when the hoods down the horse doesn't lock to anything ..... Is it worth trying to get the roof working again I'm hoping the roof frame is for a auto ?? Or should I just convert to manual any help or threads with guides getting them going again would be great

The motors actually lock the lid. Why have they been removed? Could be a massive problem to sort this out so that it's working - might be easier to convert to a manual...shane281189 wrote:Hi I have a electric convertible roof there's no motors on the boot any more and when the hoods down the horse doesn't lock to anything ..... I can supply a full kit of catches and cables etc to convert the flap to manual locking and release.

its straight forward, but take your time and make sure it all lines up. i would avoid getting different bits form different cars (trust me). Take Pacer up if all the bits come from the same car...at least you know they will all fit!

I'd also vouch for Pete. Good honest guy.
